They are expert at finding the most talented and qualified construction candidates in the market for permanent and freelance roles. Working closely with clients, they also advise when great candidates become available, even if clients don’t have a specific resourcing need at that time. Our database of over 25,000 construction professionals is unrivalled in the industry and it enables us to match candidates accurately to clients’ requirements. We also source candidates from client referrals and industry contacts. Every candidate is interviewed personally, unless time-scales or geography does not allow. In those rare cases, clients are advised that the candidate was interviewed by telephone. To select the best candidates for a particular business, our consultants meet clients face-to-face. By fully understanding our clients’ needs and business we find candidates that have the right skills and experience and the right personality and attitude to fit into the company from day one. We provide a rigorous reference service. We attach two verbal references to the back of all our CVs. We’re confident about the service we offer and for client assurance we offer a rebate period on any placements made subject to our Terms and Conditions. Freelance & Contract

The recent boom in construction has led to a rise in demand for experienced professionals to work on a freelance or contract basis. A team of experienced consultants run our freelance division who are experts at placing people in temporary roles. Clients are increasingly relying on freelancers for many reasons. They may need people to work on a project at short notice, or they do not have the authority to recruit a permanent member of staff at that time. They may need holiday cover or people to fill an unexpected resignation or just extra staff to finish a difficult project/section on a tight deadline. Some clients prefer the flexibility of employing freelance/contract staff for assignments running from a week to a year, or on a trial basis before permanent employment. We have a large database of high quality freelance/contract staff and offer fast and flexible solutions to meet our clients’ most pressing resourcing challenges. Most freelancers have worked for Jump Recruitment Solutions previously and have been known to us for many years and have a track record of success working for our clients. Our freelance candidates are treated in the same way as permanent candidates, with rigorous interviews, checks and referencing. Freelance workers should enter into a contract with Jump Recruitment Solutions prior to commencing a contract for us. We have two forms of contracts: Limited Company
